The project highlights the global problem of sanitation and health problems around the world.

The goal is to educate students about the issue and to challenge them to work for change.

Specifically it focuses on the lack of access to toilets in many communities.

This leads to problems of hygiene and health effects.

This is in very early planning stages with a group of primary/elementary teachers. We have pitched the idea to students at e Flat Connections Conference in Sydney in June 2014 and their response has been encouraging.

Classes who would like to educate students about health and hygiene related to toileting and learn about the problems created when their is no access to toilet facilities. Classes that are interested in issues of inequality and encouraging student involvement in creating change.
