CLIMATE CHANGE PROJECT.
Our main aim for this project is to make the general public aware of climate change and global warming as well as the need to put a stop to it.
The climate in Ghana
has become drier within these past few years. This is causing fundamental implication to Agriculture.
This project will be under taken by fifteen selected models, under Miss Eloquent.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
Our main purpose is to promote education and awareness on climate change in an interactive and exciting manner; by providing young people with the opportunity to develop their creativity and to produce emerging young professionals, the platform to network and also engage in community development.
Event year: 2021 - 2022
Event duration: one month
Our event will last for one month, however preparation towards the event will last for five weeks.
Across the country.
After a feasibility study across the environment it observed that factories that are built pollute the atmosphere (air) by releasing toxic waste, also due to lack of knowledge, we rather take in rain
water as other than pipe borne water.
Alpha promotion has the passion to be part of the problem solving process of our community and
country as a whole. Encourage us to put together an action plan by using the Challenge Project
Event to campaign on the above mentioned.
Alpha Promotion has worked on several projects since 1997, such as computer training for children at La Accra, developing the talent of young people. Voluntary work at Osu Children’s Home on community
Outride on HIVAIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, maternal care the first ever West African Youth Exchange Programme (WAYEP) 2009 and clean ups. We work closely with the Head of State Award Scheme, British Council, United Nation, District Chief Executives, schools and other stakeholders concerned with Community development.
Contestants of Challenge Project will draw their programmes for campaign on the topic
The project aims at some highly affected Districts.
Our main aim is to help educate Ghanaians on climate change and also to help reduce Global Warming.
