On November 24, 1963 Lee Harvey Oswald was killed by Jack Ruby in Dallas, Texas
At Least that is what we were told. Is it the truth? On November we buried our President, we buried the killer and we buried the truth. On September 24, 1964- the Warren Report was published. This report convicted Lee Harvey Oswald in the court of public opinion for the crime of murder.
Now, on December 8, 2017, we are going to hear the rest of the story. We will run a moot court. Del Valle High School will show that Lee Harvey Oswald could not have done these crimes. Beal High School will defend the current status quo of the Warren Report.
There will be two points of error. There will be two speakers per side each speech will be 13 minutes in length. The first speaker will speak on the first point of error and the second speaker will speak on the second point of error.
Point of Error One: Did the Warren Commission come to the correct conclusion when they said Lee Harvey Oswald shot three times from the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository hitting President Kennedy twice killing him and wounding Governor Connolly
Point of Error Two: Did the Warren Commission come to the correct conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald also shot Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippett and did all of this while acting alone
The guest judges will be Dr. Jim Fetzer and Larry Rivera- both famous and published experts on the murder of JFK.
