Investigating where we are with student voice in the class and in the school and where we want to be using The Ladder Participation. Once we identify the gaps this year, our next step is to create and plan and implement change to increase FDK voice, in classroom, in program, and in school.
Used ipads and different forms of pedagogical documentation to identify level of student voice and engagement.
